The challenge

To ensure high usability, we conducted cognitive walkthroughs and implemented iterative evaluation methods. This approach helped identify friction points early, refining the user flow and overall app performance.
In collaboration with information engineering and BI experts, we streamlined decision-making and improved service delivery leading to a notable increase in sales and a 37% boost in customer satisfaction scores.
These results were powered by a modular dashboard system featuring four dynamic boards and five intelligent filter types. Clients were automatically assigned to advisors based on strategic variables such as location, product type, and profile, optimizing time, relevance, and conversion potential.
